Georgina began her teaching career in a small village primary school in Nottinghamshire. She moved back to Warwickshire in 2013 and started working at Kilsby CE Primary School as a class teacher. Georgina has taught across the primary ages and thoroughly enjoys leading the school and celebrating the successes of all of the children at Kilsby.
Georgina has two young children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on walks with her dog.

Tom is a practicing real estate solicitor specialising in litigation and strategic planning. He acts for a wide range of clients including PLCs, REITs, receivers and public agencies in a variety of matters concerning the use and utility of land and buildings. Tom is used to regularly reporting to board and in-house counsel and management.
Tom lives in Kilsby together with his wife and three children.

Helen is currently Director of Children and Families at the National Deaf Children's Society, where she has responsibility for operational services across the UK, whose aim is improving outcomes for deaf children and young people. Prior, she held senior roles at two other major charities. At Scope, she led the development of services, education and transition provision for disabled children; at Leonard Cheshire Disability developing services for adults with disabilities.
Helen's earlier career involved a number of years working in secondary education : a Head of Department role at Northampton High School for girls and teaching role at a large comprehensive school in London.
Karen Falvey

Karen has been a Trustee of IMAT since September 2016, and is currently Chair of The Hawksmoor Learning Trust in Towcester and Brackley. Karen was also made a National Leader of Governance in 2016, and has carried out several External Reviews of Governance for local schools either at their request, or when required by Ofsted.
Karen is from a scientific background, with a degree in Pharmacology. She worked for several years for Esso Petroleum in a variety of roles including marketing, airport operations, refinery planning and as section head of the laboratory where all products going to market were tested. Whilst in this role, Karen worked with schools in the Southampton area to encourage girls to get more involved in science.
Andrew Milner

Andrew works for an arms length body of the Department for Education called the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. His role focuses on building communities of stakeholders to provide organisational insight into the skills system.
Andrew has volunteered as a rugby coach since the age of 16, while also being employed for England Rugby as a sports development and coach professional. He lives in Kilsby with his wife and son.
Kim Seeney

Kim has worked as a class teacher in Kilsby School since January 2018. She trained later in life completing my teaching degree in 2012 and her QTS in 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of learning in later life. Before qualifying as a teacher, Kim worked as a teaching assistant in another small village school, where she also ran a breakfast club. Kim started her career a long time ago in Barclays Bank, where she worked both in branches and in Head Office.
Kim has two grown up children who both work in schools; one as a Design and Technology teacher and the other as a pastoral manager. In her spare time she loves caravanning and has visited lots of places around the UK. Kim enjoys walking and has completed two charity walking marathons: The Moonwalk around London for a breast cancer charity and The Mighty Hike for Macmillan.
