I qualified as an Electrical Engineer after leaving school and had several jobs before joining the Police Service in 1976. I enjoyed a 30-year career as a police officer in two regional forces, finishing my service as a superintendent in the Home Office department responsible for national policing policy. When I retired from the police in 2006, I qualified as a Landscape Gardener and now own and run my own Landscaping business.
I am married with a grown-up family and have five grandchildren. I have always had a passion for learning and genuinely believe if more investment was made in education, especially at an early age, then society and the community would benefit exponentially. I believe I can contribute to this by conducting the school governor’s role.

Craig Brown is a Parent Governor, he is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who works in Automotive Engineering. He has a keen interest in the development of the school, ensuring the best for the school and pupils. He has two children in the school.
